Tenant & Property Administration: Managing tenant invoices, tracking maintenance hours and billings, assisting with commercial budgets, and overseeing CAM reconciliation. Regulatory & Compliance: Handling business entity and license renewals, CPA adjustments, code violations, and ensuring compliance with insurance certificate requirements. Office Operations: Coordinating with vendors, managing supply orders, answering phone calls, and overseeing general office activities to maintain an organized and productive work environment.
