Mrs. Kokolakis serves as Executive Vice President of the company and is a member of its Executive Committee.  Her main role is to work with architects, interior designers and artists to develop the architectural and interior concept for each development.  Mrs. Kokolakis studies innovative designs, concepts and products from around the globe and incorporates them into each project. Every detail is scrutinized from exterior cladding materials to floor plans and interior finishes. The final product is conceived, created and delivered under her guidance, including design, construction, budgeting, marketing and sales.
