Mr. Kokolakis serves as President of Santek Management, LLC, Kokolakis Contracting and is the Managing Member of all related entities.  He is admitted to the Florida and District of Columbia Bar Associations and oversees the highly complex legal issues centering on sales and acquisition, title, land use, environmental, development, leasing, finance, and joint ventures. As a licensed General, Plumbing, Roofing and Waterproofing Contractor, and LEED Accredited Professional, Mr. Kokolakis oversees all aspects of construction and has spearheaded Santek’s commitment to environmentally conscious design and development.  Mr. Kokolakis works with the Executive Team to set the strategic plan and manage the projects from conception through completion, while addressing the diverse interests and viewpoints of the many public and private stakeholders.
