Will is the Florida licensed Real Estate Broker for Santek Management, LLC since 2016 and was first licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 2006. With an undergraduate degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and a graduate degree in Building Construction with a Minor in Real Estate from the University of Florida, Will's educational background sets a strong foundation for his work in the real estate industry. He is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment CCIM designation. As a member of the Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors, CCIM Institute and the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, and stays connected with the latest trends and developments
in the market. His expertise in real estate sales and management allows him to gather and analyze market data, occupancy data, expense analysis, and rent/sales comparables in target markets. Will also takes charge of managing due diligence, property inspections, and serves as Santek's Owner Representative on construction projects. Additionally, he works closely with existing and prospective clients, negotiating and concluding sale and lease transactions. With his thorough analysis and market-driven rental rates, Will strikes a balance between return and occupancy, ensuring optimal outcomes for Santek Management LLC.
