The Principals of Santek, through wholly owned affiliates, have been actively involved with the acquisition of raw land, existing projects, and under-utilized structures ripe for adaptive reuse for over 30 years. The in-house brokers at Santek often work through the listing brokers to source and evaluate off-market opportunities. Our acquisitions group is highly skilled at identifying underutilized real estate and maximizing its potential through ground up development, redevelopment, and asset repositioning. Our team of seasoned professionals possesses a thorough knowledge of current and emerging markets and can quickly evaluate, negotiate, and close on acquisition opportunities. Santek has proven expertise in analyzing environmental issues and crafting creative solutions to ecological challenges. REAL ESTATE SERVICES
As a FL Licensed Real Estate Brokerage Santek typically handles the leasing for all retail properties through its in-house broker. In addition to a network of anchor and mini-anchor tenants, Santek’s leasing agents are proactive in pursuing small shop leasing as well as the renewal of existing tenants. On development joint ventures, Santek has the flexibility to allow the developer partner to handle all the leasing or some part of the leasing, although Santek has the ability to manage whatever part of the leasing process that is appropriate.
